Sustainability

Our sustainability work

For us and our parent company, Pulsen Group, sustainability goes hand in hand with our core values – to challenge, be personal, take responsibility, and work with a long-term perspective.

By striving to ensure that our operations are socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable, we also ensure continued long-term relevance for our employees, you as a customer, and the society around us.

We are part of the Swedish corporate group Pulsen Group, and we produce a joint sustainability report.

You can find more details about our sustainability initiatives on the parent company’s website, pulsen.se, where the report also provides a broader picture of our sustainability efforts.

Environmental Sustainability

For the third consecutive year, the companies within Pulsen Group have conducted a climate inventory. The aim is to map the Group’s climate impact and identify where the best opportunities exist to reduce emissions – both from internal operations, procurement and suppliers, as well as other indirect sources.

For the calendar year 2022, total emissions amounted to 1,079 tonnes of CO₂ equivalents across scopes 1, 2, and 3. This represents an increase compared to the pandemic year 2021 (819 tonnes), but a decrease from the initial measurement in 2020 (1,141 tonnes).

Despite an increase in the number of employees, emissions per employee have decreased from 0.74 tonnes in 2020 to 0.52 tonnes in 2022 – a reduction of 30%. A similar trend can be seen when comparing emissions relative to business growth, with emissions per unit of turnover decreasing by just over a quarter between 2020 and 2022.

Social Sustainability

By investing in the development of individuals, teams, employees, and leaders, we foster a positive work environment that also supports long-term organisational and business development.

Together with our parent company, Pulsen Group, we have established policy documents that include guidelines on equal treatment, work environment, and anti-corruption. We take a proactive approach in areas such as diversity, leadership, and personal development.

Beyond our internal efforts, we are also engaged in community-related initiatives, not least through our role as a sustainability partner to Elitfotboll Dam (EFD).

Economic Sustainability

Since 1964, Pulsen Group has successfully developed businesses and built strong relationships with employees, customers, and society at large. As part of a family-owned group, we understand the power of a long-term perspective—one that forms the foundation of economic sustainability.
By maintaining a long-term view of our business, our customers, and our employees, we create structures that increase the likelihood of financial stability and a sound economy.
For the fourth consecutive year, Pulsen Group has been recognised as a Best Managed Company by Deloitte—an award that affirms our strategic direction, operational capacity, corporate culture, and financial performance.

We are one of Sweden’s leading providers of business-critical IT, offering solutions in data centres, cloud services, support, and cyber security.
