Who are we?
The origin of Shibuya traces back to 1964, making us Sweden’s oldest IT company. Today’s Shibuya came from the merger of Pulsen Production and Shibuya Crossing in 2020 and is now one of Sweden’s leading players in mission-critical IT.
We are part of the Pulsen Group and have around one hundred employees based at our offices in Borås, Stockholm, and Helsingborg.
We provide services including data centre infrastructure and IT operations, secure communication solutions, container services, 24/7 service and support, security solutions, application operations, and third-party services.
In addition, we have strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers and reference solutions in place with some of the most demanding IT operations in the Nordic region, across both the private and public sectors. The company is certified according to ISO 14001, 9001, and 27001.

PRODUCT OWNER
We are looking for a business‑driven and technically skilled Product Owner to take full responsibility for our Power services and help develop Shibuya’s offering within mission‑critical IT. You will play a key role in shaping, prioritizing and refining our services, working closely with customers, sales and technical teams to ensure long‑term quality, stability and customer value.

CHAPTER LEAD

Infrastructure and Storage Architect
We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Storage Architect In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining both internal and customer-specific IT infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with product owners to shape strategies, policies, procedures, and goals, while also executing assignments, projects, and support tasks. This is a key position where you’ll help ensure robust and efficient solutions that meet the needs of both our internal teams and external clients.
